Dubs are just crazy scary.

Unreal.

140 or more points in b2b games.

Entire team is clicking on all cylinders right now, and they're gonna ease Boggie Cousins into the rotation beginning this Friday.

Wow.
Soooo fun to watch though! I can't wait til Friday.

Iggy game them HUGE minutes last night. HUGE!!
Yep, and some highlight plays. The Rockets series last year proved he is very important to this team.

Steph is DEFINITELY NOT on the level with Magic, Michael Shaq and LeBron.

LeBron, Michael, Magic are arguably the top 3 players of all time, and Shaq would have been much higher up on that list if he had more longevity- at the height of his prime Shaq may be the MOST dominant of all time.

Curry is DEFINITELY NOT in that company. He is not in the 1-A tier.

Put him somewhere towards the middle/bottom of the next tier. 2-B. Certainly nothing to be ashamed of to be in the same class as Wilt, Kobe, Timmy, Bird, Hakeem, Robertson, etc.

but please- sober up and admit that he does not belong ANYWHERE NEAR Jordan, LeBron, Magic, Shaq at his height
You're crazy. Have you actually taken a moment away from hating & really looked at what Steph has done SO FAR in his career? Mind you, he is still in his PRIME. Holy shit, he's #3 on the all time 3's list and has only played HALF the #of the games Ray & Reggie had to play to get those records. When you compare that to each of their #s that's INCREDIBLE. He's also changed how this game is now played.

Iggy's value was proven before last year. Hence, him winning Finals MVP in their first title run.

LeBron should have won that FMVP

Lebron was probably first choice. After the usual elimination of him because he wasn't on the winning team the FMVP should have been Steph.

Curry averaged 26.0 ppg, 5.2 rpg and 6.2 APG per game that series.

Which I find interesting because I was reading a article the other day that suggested Kyrie's Father's relationship with Kawhi's uncle could be the reason Leonad's camp is not interested in him joining LeBron and the Lakers.
Interesting....

He is most definitely in my top 5 most favorite players to watch.
Exhibit A in last night's game against NO. Just ridiculous.

a lot of the reporters that have been around Kyrie- seem to think its more of Kyrie asking the young celtics to kiss his ring rather than its Kyrie admitting error.

Could be. It just didn't have that kind of feel to me. But I certainly wouldn't rule it out.

He comin' back... I have little doubt after moments like this:

It's good Kyrie finally stopped that flat Earth nonsense. But now I heard he's saying the Moon doesn't control the tides.

Still missing the point
This isn't about best players ever. This is about players who changed the game, who you couldn't take your eyes off of. Shaq isn't on their level either but he changed the game, bent it around him. He was uniquely spectacular. So is Curry, and so were those other 3.

Kareem is higher on the "all time great" list than Curry and Shaq. But he doesn't have that thing I'm talking about.

Totally true. Curry has totally changed the game, and that was never more obvious than it was in last night's games. Teams play the game differently now because of Curry. I'm guessing that the way young kids are training now is inspired greatly by Curry. His impact will be long lasting.

Also, he's way more than a shooter. I think that's pretty obvious.

I am pretty sure he mentioned he was easily the best 3 point shooter of all-time and he also mentioned that he didn't have the complete game like MJ, Magic and MJ have. Even though I disagree a bit bc his passing is underrated and his finishing at the basket is amazing, the fact is if there wasn't a 3 point line he wouldn't even be close to those guys...bc he can't really stop a fly defensively. Not a shot at him but it just proves he never could be in that tier of players as great as he is.

Not sure if this was posted earlier or not but I thought this video was extremely interesting. Shaq talking about playing against Yao Ming. In terms of his biggest battles, he says he puts him in the same category with Hakeem, and above Robinson and Ewing. Immense respect from Shaq about Yao, which is interesting because mostly he talks shit about nearly every big, not named Hakeem.
