No. I think he works great with young guys. When they become veterans and don't need the motivation anymore then you deal with the shit that Sherman, ET, and Kam went through. He doesn't work well with veterans. And I don't understand where the franchise is at with Wilson either. That game plan going into a playoff game? He's the highest paid player on the team and you'd think he was a scrub handing off to Walter Payton or something.
