The more ACC ball I watch... the more overrated I think we are. I'd be thrilled with a top-5 finish at this point.

Everybody's overrated at this point in the season. The regular season will soon weed out the differences between Tourney contenders and the illegitimate wannabes.

Hey douggie, Thanks man! I was at PNC Arena last night and that place was electric! We're certainly not back on the same level as the big boys in the ACC again yet but I like the way our program is developing.

i'm a North Carolinian first, a Wake fan second

i do like watching Wake beat the other big four schools more than anyone else, though. so there's that.

once again, i'm an outlier. 99.9% of Wake fans absolutely despise UNC, Duke and NCSU. pretty sure the Deacon Club would disown me if i stated my opinions about UNC, Duke and NCSU in person

i just love my home state and like to see teams and businesses from here succeed, so sue me y'all

Kevin Keatts is doing great things with that program. Had a chance to meet him last year and really liked the guy. He finds a way to get his guys to play hard for all 40 minutes. NC State could do some damage in the ACC this year.

I agree! The Wolfpack nation is very happy with the way Keatts is going about building his program here which is evidenced by the nice raise he just received. But this is the ACC which means you can't take a night off in any game when conference play begins. Like I said in my previous post, we are not on the same level with the big boys yet in this elite conference but we appear to be moving in the right direction.
