The last games for ACC teams in 2018:

Kennesaw State @ GaTech Dec 28, 4pm tip and NC State hosts Loyola MD at 7pm, while VaTech hosts Maryland Eastern Shore

UNC hosts Davidson at Noon and Notre Dame hosts Coppin State at Noon on the 29th.
Louisville hosts Kentucky, Syracuse takes on St Bonaventure, Wake Forest hosts Gardner Webb,
Pitt hosts Colgate, Miami plays Campbell.

Then on Sunday Clemson hosts Lipscomb @ 4pm from Littejohn.

On New Year's Eve Boston College hosts Hartford while Virginia takes on Marshall to round out the year before ACC games begin.

Virginia remains undefeated while Duke, NC State, VaTech, and FSU have just one loss.

douggie, I'm not trying to sound greedy but I hope this is the beginning of something even better.

douggie, I'd say the ACC is represented pretty well nationally going into conference play. The only problem is that once these teams start beating up on each other during the grueling ACC regular season a few of these teams will drop in national rankings which is always the case.

Was up there for the game. These guys ( no pun ) are playing different from the last couple years. Much more intense. I can imagine Bennett is reminding them of the UMBC loss before every game. Conference is much better this year and I don’t see anyone with less than 4 losses before the ACCCT, except possibly Duke. I just wish Salt could hit a free throw consistently or even every once in a while.

I think you are being much too humble about your great team in Charlottesville because I'll be surprised if Virginia enters the ACC Tournament with 4 loses.

Pretty much what I expected. Not counting on a lot from Notre Dame this season.

I wish he was more aggressive on the boards and fight for the rebounds. It's like the guy's afraid of getting touched a lot of the time.

Just read that that was the first time we’ve scored 100 in the Tony Bennett era.

It was the manager Kersey is who hit the 3 with like a second left to make it 100. I believe that is his second 3 this season. Place went nuts when he went in the game.
