Very surprised with the outcome after seeing my first 2 players, Hill & Miller, combine for less than 5pts. I was less than enthused with how the rest was going to play out. Didn't expect Dalvin Cook to erupt like he did, especially with a new OC.

And this also proves my Nostradamus theory on @tlance. He wisely predicted which of the 3 choices would score the least amount. I thought he was going to choose me with how many injuries I was dealing with.

2 reasons I didn't pick you were the matchups for Dalvin Cook and the Jags defense. Both scared the bejesus out of me. Sam was never a consideration, although I thought his team would do a lot better. Goff's face plant was just weird.

I only liked the Jags matchup for me. Everything else looked shaky. Considering Cook's usage I wasn't expecting more than 10-15pts. My WRs... After Hill got shutdown, I was predicting that Belichick was going to double/triple AB all day so wasn't expecting anything great 6-8pts. I waffled pretty hard on the Coleman/Woods decision at flex. But I knew that if Sam was going to ride Goff then I would be wise to combat him with Woods.

Glad it worked out. Haven't even looked at my matchups for next week, but lookin forward to dueling with ya T!

Conner... Will be questionable regardless of what the media tells us. Beat writers closer to the team said that nobody inside PIT area thought Conner was even remotely close to coming back last week, even though the national media was indicating he had a chance. He had an extremely limited practice just to test out his ankle while jogging on the field. But somehow people got it in their heads that he put pads on and was trying to practice with the team. Never happened. I'm very timid to even consider starting him this week even if he gives it a go.

Wow, so EHB stays alive with Alvin Kamara and Christian McCaffery pulling it out since Cam laid an egg. That sets up the matchup between the two best teams all year in the B league with EHB (and TKO) playing against Trudem. If EHB wins the Super Bowl then he will be the only team that moves up and TKO will be saved. Also, in the A league good luck to Face and the wizard going for his 4th MBBRL title (3rd in the A league) which is just astonishing.
