he is an expiring contract.

You do know that right?
yah i am aware

you know that the Lakers arent going to take back any money for next year which basically makes it irrelevant right?

I mean- if Ariza was guaranteed 15M next year- than yah- sure- that would actually make sense--- Suns get off his deal for next year- but hes expiring too.

An expiring deal has value if you actually take some long term money back- but do you think the Lakers are taking long term money back and clogging up their cap space?

He does.

As an expiring contract only.

They already have that in Ariza and he's a better player.

Plus, they are loaded on the wing with young guys, prospects and J Crossover.

Now the Knicks?

I could see them valuing KCP over Hardaway and Lee if they want a shot at Kemba, Durant.

Plus, they have a ton of Pg's for the Suns to choose from.
yah- sure--- KCP has value as an expiring if they were gonna trade him and take some bad money back--- then you could get an asset

by - and not saying your the person suggesting this because i know you are not--- but why the fuck would the Suns swap an expiring Ariza for an expiring KCP when KCP is a worse player and other teams may actually want Ariza- and i dnt see any other teams wanting KCP unless it was to give back bad long term money- which we know isnt an option.

For the Suns, no.

But, it's being discussed as a 3 team deal.

KCP would not be Phoenix bound.
so, lets say he goes to "Team C"-- why would team C want KCP? maybe they would wnat him to get rid of bad money that is signed into next year- but the Lakers arent taking bad money into next year.

No one is giving up a "playmaking point guard" like the Suns want for Ariza for KCP- especially if it means they cant get rid of some bad money.

My point is- that the Lakers arent getting shit for KCP and arent getting ARiza unless they attach an asset.

I am sure the PElicans would love to take Ariza off the Suns hands, as could a half dozen other teams.

Yeah, I agree.

Somebody has to come off a pick or prospect or, like you said, eat a bad contract.

who has a PG to deal?

Boston is never taking KCP and sending Rozier to the Suns- even if the Lakers attached a first round pick thats not enough for Rozier.

same with Brooklyn and Dinwiddie- Dinwidde is WAY better than KCP, and cheaper. If LA attached a first rounder does that get it done? ehhh...i dont know- i doubt it.

Philly has been approached about McConnel and said no-- and they arent just giving up on Fultz for nothing- as i heard before the Cavs dealt Korver they inquired about Fultz and offered Korver and a pick for Fultz and were turned down.

Mudiay is expiring but only makes 4M- and he sucks- why would the Suns want him, and why would the Knicks tkae a 12M dollar salary for a 4M dollar one, esp. when they already have Courtney Lee which is basically the same guy- except Courtney Lee didnt spend a decent amount of last season in jail in between games. lol

I mean- if the Lakers want to attach a couple 2nd rounders or a first then- yahi get it.....since they cant take back bad money---- but short of that- its not like KCP has trade value.

I mean- would the Bucks take like KCP and Mo Wagner and re-route Hill to the Suns?

because he is not good and makes 12 million dollars this year

You do realize TT and Henson.....the guy the CAVS just acquired make a combined 30 million......right? Or basically 1/4th of their cap......for 2 freaking players.

I am not sure what your point is here.

Who knows?

I mentioned Dinwiddie earlier.

But, somebody would likely have to eat Crabbe to get him.

Maybe more.

Or, just wait and try to sign him this Summer.

Oh shit....

Wiz?

Bet they'd love an expiring deal.

How about the Thunder?

That Tax bill....yowtch!

Crabbe would help match with Wall....if the Nets struck out on the FA market maybe they would look at Wall?

personally id rather pay Dinwiddie a 1/4 of Wall- esp. because he is cheaper, not injury prone, and not a whiner like Wall.

lol....The Wiz owe Wall fucking 160M over 4 years STARTING next year.....geezus.....just think about that. A PG that relies on his ahtleticism, that has had a plethora of injury issues, and is kind of a shit leader.

hmmmmm.....thats actually fairly interesting.....though the problem is MEcca that it doesnt help them any this year--- it would help next year

say the Thunder take KCP and send Schroeder to the Suns---- that saves the Thunder Schroeders money next year- if the Suns want to pay Schroeder 16M next year which- i dunno- i wouldnt want to...

Hard to rely on athleticism when you start the year fucking fat.

He is awful.

Awful teammate.

Awful attitude.

Awful leader.

Awful contract.

So, I expect him to be a Clipper by mid July.

Eh...

The way Westbrook plays, I would keep Shroeder.

Dude attacks the rim like it called his mama a bitch.

He's too ferocious for his own good and those injuries are piling up.
