Theres a difference between track speed and football speed as anyone would tell you. That said i cant imagine anyone being faster than Demps. That highlight from Saturday where he completely outran the 2 DB's that had great angles on him was nuts.

Zach Brown is a linebacker at UNC and ran a 4.28 40, and a 6.72 in the 60 meter dash and a 10.67 in the 100 METER dash. Demps ran the 100 meter dash in 10.01, and 6.57 60 meter dash. Denard ran a 6.81 in the 60 meter. Rainey ran a 6.7 meter dash. The 60 yard times are according to this website, and the fastest football player from a non-AQ school was a 6.78.

Good point, Dexter McCluster looked like the fastest player on the field when he was playing most of the time, and then ran a 4.58 40 at the combine.
