as far as troy goes hey rules are rules and with the contract that he just got he can stay off the phone for a couple of hours and keep his mind on the game

he shoulda had someone else make the call for him... I understand why he did it, and until this happened I didn't know there were rules against phone calls, but it makes sense... can't have shitheads like TO and OchoStinko making 'soundbites' for their tv shows during the games, so if no phones during games are the rules, dems the rules.

I'm glad he ok, and as for the fine, that sucks, but I'm sure his wife was relieved.
