Yes, it's a cliche that's been said the last three years, and I'm not going to sit here and say that they'll be a title contender in the east, but...
This is a team that won 48 games in 2015-16, and with the squad very much intact, plus Tony Parker, Miles Bridges, Malik Monk, and Willy Hernangomez, it wouldn't be crazy to think they could repeat their 2016 success with a fully healthy Zeller and Batum. And just yesterday, they brought back Biyombo in a trade with Orlando as an insurance big.
I could definitely see them winning more games than the Pacers.
And let's give in up for Tony Parker, who becomes just the third player in NBA history to spend 17 seasons with one franchise before joining another. Hakeem Olajuwon (Houston/Toronto) and Karl Malone (Utah/Lakers) were the other two. Parker entered the league at age 19 and his first 20-point game cam against...
