This might be the most unimpressive 10 strikeout performance I've ever seen.

Roy Halladay struck out 9 against the Braves his last year in that game that Brian McCann hit a game tying grand slam off of him and he gave up like 8 runs in 3.2 innings, but he didn't get to 10.

Folty did that too. But he allowed 1 run in his 5 innings that game. Folty gives up his share of walks, but he doesn't allow many hits.
