I'm just here to troll everyone
Michael Jordan 6
They have a lot of good defenders.. But they don't have much offensive talent. Irving/Heyward would of course picked up some slack for them offensively and they would have beat the Cavs but its about winning titles of course. If they ever want to see titles, they're gonna have to get some scorers. Defense only takes you so far. Jury is out on HeyWard. We'll see. Irving needs to stay healthy. Thats another problem
Cmon what? Did you see that shooting display tonight by the Celtics?THey couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. If they connected on just a QUARTER of those 3s that would have been an easy win since the Cavs don't play a LICK of freaking D.
All those free looks and nothing but BRICKS. That ain't gonna get you anywhere
ROFLMAO!!!! And you call me "clueless". Go with the squad they have?? That team that couldn't shoot their way out of a paper bag and couldn't hit the ocean from 3?
Umm.. He's been one of the better players in the NBA the last half a dozen years and a future HOFer and, multiple time All-Star . No one is saying he's an "all time great" but he's a damn good player.
win #1 against Boston- Boston shoots 39% from the field...
win #2 against Boston- Boston shoots 41% from the field...
win #3 against Boston- Boston shoots 51% from the field...
win #4 against Boston- Boston shoots 34% from the field....
for the most part- the Cavs did it with defense. Their defense has definitely markedly improved in the postseason.
LeClown'll have to win another 'ship before we eat anything...
so when/if 3-6 comes around, the only one eating anything will be his dick riders...
but hey, congrats. wouldn't get to see his finals record get blemished again if he didn't make it back...
Durant left because he was afraid.
he knew he could never beat hte Warriors- and if somehow, someway he was lucky enough to beat them, that he could never beat the King.
He got scared he would never win and did it the easiest way he could find--- join an established championship team that had won the most games in nba history the year before.

I was listening to Sirius Radio yesterday afternoon and the guy was talking about the NBA.
His first comment was that the NBA is a 'star' driven league. The biggest bstars get the most viewing.
Next, Lebron and Steph Curry are the biggest star names and will not be sitting home during the NBA Finals.
Then he said first to Celtics fans.....You have a young, talented tam of future stars that kids across the WORLD don't know. none have sneaker contracts or clothes contracts and these kids across the WORLD want to see LeBron. The NBA is isn't stupid and neither are the owners. The money is with the stars and the biggest star is LeBron. The Celtics will lose tonight by less tyhan 10 but they will lose.
The Rockets were helped by Chris Paul's hamstring injury. At least they'll feel better that they lost in 7 than the Celtics.
It's all about the money...........there's more money with LeBron and Curry than with Jason Tatum and Ryan Anderson.
His final comment............If you think the NBA isn't choregraphed, you're sadly mistaken. It's the WWE, just choregraphed a bit more carefully than wresting.
Durant/Westbrook/Harden would have eventually won titles. I have no idea why Durant left there. Or Harden for that matter.

it does make me laugh that basketball fans that dont like lebron - if they want to watch the Finals will have to watch him for an 8th straight time.
Think of that level of dominance. Where in sports do we see that? 8 straight times going to the championship game?
I am trying to think of a modern day equivalent of some other team in some other sport, but its really really hard to do.
One guy- no matter how good, should not be able to do that- especially with 2 different teams, with all the different issues and stuff...you just shouldnt be able to do that in a sport.
when this guy finally does decide to hang em up the league is going to feel it big time.
While the comments about the star power in the NBA are true, the implications in this post are ridiculous.
Every single game in this series was well in hand in the final 2 minutes. These games were not decided by a bad call or two. The Celtics got beat because they couldn't make shots. It is as simple as that.
Implying a fix is insane.
CL,
I got mad respect for you, but please stop with the Finals record thing.
The Cavs have no shot against the Warriors. It will take a superhuman LeBron game for them to get even one win. Finals record is the most irrelevant stat ever. Those who peddle it to diminish LeBron just look bad.
lol, so LeBron isn't good because he lost in FInals that he's gone to 8 years in a row?
