I would send him down to the minor leagues until he demonstrates some success and consistency there. Bring him up, and if it doesn’t continue, I’d use him as a bench / role player.


Sadly, I already like IKF and profar much better than him.

I understand that. But the point that me and others have stressed is how many more chances is this guy going to get?

A lot of teams wouldn’t play a guy who takes no walks, hits around .200, with poor defense for very long. Why should we?

Oh right or wrong he will get more chances and his teammates are pulling for him. He hit 30 hrs so that counts for something. I just hope he improves

Chemistry isn't that significant until we are contenders again. By that time, we have time to rebuild chemistry without Odor and Beltre.

Guzman was called out on a play where he appeared to be safe (thereby extending the inning), and IKF had a Ball 4 called a strike, which resulted in him eventually flying out instead of being on base like he should have been.
