I was happy with what I saw from Wade last night.
If he buys into the team concept and understands what his true value can be to this group, it he be a great addition.

That's the big thing. He's no longer the guy that's going to put a franchise on his back and score 25 ppg to a win.

But as you've said, if he could serve as a mentor and a spark off the bench than it's worth it.

He can still ball. Tyler Johnson hasn't been that good this season. Some Heat fans were saying he shld be traded. Split 48 minutes at SG between Wade and Johnson, using Wade in crunch time.

I hope he stays in this bench role as the pg for the 2nd unit.

Even going back to UCLA....I never thought Zach would be this good. I actually tought he should have stayed at UCLA a little longer. I thought he might be a rotation player for 20-22mpg but never thought he'd be this good.

Who need to make trades when you make 2 pickups on the buyout market like Houston just did?

Can't blame him for feeling this way. Goes back to the inconsistency of how reserves/replacements are selected.

Are we awarding players on good teams or is it all about individual statistics

I'm starting to sip the Kool Aid.

I don't trust the Thunder or Rockets.

The Thunder keeps losing to Teams they should slaughter.

The Rockets always run out of gas in the playoffs.

But, both have shown they are unafraid of the mighty Warriors.

Should be fun out West in the Post Season.

He seems to have accepted that. I wonder, is Carmelo realizing it too?

There are some journalists out there suggesting that Melo will decline his option to get to the Rockets.

I'm sure the Thunder would be over the moon if he did.

I have a hard time believing that though.

He'd have trouble getting 30 mil over 3 years, let alone 1.

I've been saying it all year, last year was an easy cakewalk to a title (16-1), this year they will get another but it won't be nearly so easy (16-6 perhaps?). Next year they get their last but I'm not nearly as confident and it will be the toughest one yet (16-11?)
