Norv Turner is an average HC but very good OC. He was a nice hire by the Panthers.
No way you can justify him Worse than 8th.
It can't be done.
MVP, been to a Super Bowl.Meh, I'd say no worse than 10th but I can see your point.
Does one year make a top QB?MVP, been to a Super Bowl.
Nobody but seven guys have any logical reason to be above him imo.
Unless people want to go plugging Eli and Flaco ahead of him, which they shouldn't be doing.
I don't see how he's middle of the pack.Does one year make a top QB?
If you take out that one season then he is unquestionably middle of the pack. I guess it all comes down to whether or not you think Carolina has given him a fair supporting cast because he DID have one season where he was MVP and in a Super Bowl.
He is a slot or two below CP3I don't see how he's middle of the pack.
He's a three time ProBowler and the all time rushingTD leader for QBs already. He hasn't won a playoff game since the NFC championship, but that was only two years ago.
You'd be putting guys who have accomplished nothing ahead of him to even get him out of the Top Ten.
Carolina's team defense ranks since Cam has been QB: 16th, 11th, 3rd, 15th, 2nd, 10th, 7thI don't see how he's middle of the pack.

Chris Paul?He is a slot or two below CP3
me neitherChris Paul?
I don't know who CP3 is.
ahhh, thats makes...sense?
He has 4300 yards rushing.Carolina's team defense ranks since Cam has been QB: 16th, 11th, 3rd, 15th, 2nd, 10th, 7th
Has Cam really moved the needle or does the defense dictate how well Carolina plays?
Qbs are in a weird spot right now. You'd take Brady, Brees and probably Big Ben over anyone else and certainly Rodgers when he is healthy. After that...total flux. Probably Wilson 5th as he has been superman with a bad oline for awhile now. Whats crazy about that pool is that those guys might not be playing QB here in a couple of years outside of Wilson. He has 4300 yards rushing.
And more TDs than QB ever.
He has played with some good defenses and some mediocre ones. His TE is his best receiver. Since his best receiver had bad hands for a TE while he's was in college.
I really don't know which QBs aside from Brady, Brees, Ben, Rodgers, Wilson and Ryan you could really make a case for being ahead of him.
Smith?
Who else?
The rest would be based on projections and hope imo.
Im definitely not sticking SB Champs like Eli and Joe Cool up there. Or young QBs with no playoff wins. Or Carr. Or Stafford. I just don't see how he's lower than ten.
I dislike the guy, as a guy. Don't get me wrong.

I'm not sure this is the right point to be ranking QBs. Too many newcomers and not a lot of guys at the top. I certainly wouldn't put Cam near the top but you have guys like Carr, Stafford or Rivers who haven't moved the needle, either.
Cam might be at the top of that huge stack of 'maybe' QBs in the league right now but I'm willing to wait another year to see how he does with a different OC.
This year isn't a strong year for the QB position in the NFL just due to Wentz, Luck, Watson and Rodgers getting injured and Garapollo hitting the Niners scene too late to make a difference. Next year will also add some rookies into the mix and possibly Mahomes, Bradford and Bridgewater so we could be looking at a sea change.Definitely is a group led by the elderly.
Two of the top four will be in their 40's next year.
