Welp, here we are. The culmination of another exciting CF season. Were you entertained?
So, here are the matchups on NEW YEARS DAY....the last day of competition before the BIG 'UN! It's all come to this. All these lesser bowls with lesser competition have whet our appetite, now for the REAL BIG MATCHUPS that REALLY MEAN SOMETHING!
Kicking off the day we get UNRANKED Michigan vs UNRANKED South Carolina in the Outback Bowl at 11:00 a.m. on ESPN2. B1G vs SEC tie-in here and should be an interesting game. The 6th/7th B1G team vs the 5th/6th SEC team. Funny how two teams that aren't even in the CFP top 25 are playing in a New Year's Day bowl game...
Next to boot is the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl at 11:30 a.m. on ESPN. #12 UCF and #7 Auburn. Undefeated American Athletic Conference champion UCF against the 3-loss SEC West champion Auburn. This game was AT-LARGE bids this year. So...that's 2 SEC teams playing on New Year's Day....wow.
At 12:00 the Citrus Bowl gets going with #14 Notre Dame vs #17 LSU......hmmmm. This should be a great game but, I'm starting to sense a theme with the match-ups thus far....3 SEC teams? Uh....tie-ins for this bowl game are SEC/ACC/Big Ten/Notre Dame. I guess those other two conferences just couldn't cut the mustard?
Finally we get to the REAL GAMES THAT MEAN SOMETHING and....what the fuck do you know! We got two more SEC teams to enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will get ONE indy, ONE B1G, ONE G5, in the lesser bowls against YOU GUESSED IT 3 MOTHERFUCKING SEC TEAMS! WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!! PAC & BIG XII CAN GO GET FUCKED! EVERY GAME HAS AN SEC TEAM IN IT! YOU WOULD START TO THINK THAT, WHOEVER SCHEDULED THESE MAY HAVE HAD SOME VESTED INTEREST IN A PARTICULAR CONFERENCE GETTING MAXIMUM EXPOSURE ON THIS, THE BIGGEST BOWL GAME DAY OF THE YEAR? IT WOULD HAVE TO BE WHO OWNS MOST OF THIS SHIT YOU COULD ASSUME.............
