I've created a poll about our free agents as an adjunct to the previous thread started by @deanpet21.

On a cheap prove it contract, absolutely. He has the physical gifts.

UNless your offense is based off of 30-50% broken plays, Im just not seeing Pryor as an asset. He did well with the Browns because they couldnt block any one, and their offense was basically the run and shoot, with a ton of back yard just get open and I will throw you the ball thrown in.

Pryors best home is going to be some place like NO, Seattle, or Green Bay.

Now if we draft the type of QB I suspect Dan wants... then my opinion of keeping him might shift slightly.

I agree to an extent, but for a cheap contract, I would like to see him with a year of this offense under his belt.

He may not have produced for us this past season, but the guy is still going to command a decent salary on FA. He was a top 10 FA target last year... and I have a feeling team's wont be dissuaded by not having a good year with the Redskins

Well, he didn't command a decent contract last year. This year can't make it better. There is a reason why no one wanted to give him a long term deal and a value he thought he was worth. Because he wasn't worth it.

Yeah, I guess that's true. So what salary do you think he can command?

Honestly, based on what I saw this year, he is worth about the same as a rookie drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round of the draft. They have potential but are no guarantee to work out, especially as a #1 WR.

Having a poor season with the Redskin’s offense will be weighed more against him. It is a very friendly offense for WRs, see Garçon and DJ. The demand wasn’t that high last season anyways and that is why he came here for 6 mil.

If he came here for 6 mil, had the shit season he had, his value is at least halved.

Interesting that you said the offense is WR friendly. What makes you say that? Are they doing something different from everyone else or are you basing it on all the weapons they had last year?

I am saying that because our QB has thrown for 13 k yards over three seasons.
