2021 Super Bowl Champions Rams
I know our season bye was last week, but this truly the halfway of the regular season with 8 games remaining.
vs. Texans
@ Vikings
vs. Saints
@ Cards
vs. Eagles
@ Seattle
@ Titans
vs. 49ers
Predictions? On the rest of the schedule
Good and Bad
Schedule: Schedule makers did the Rams no favors, First half: Ridiculous travel schedule Second Half: Playing all the NFC contenders
Good: Hard travel schedule is over, 6-2 record which exceeded expectations and great road wins @ Dallas and @ Jacksonville to go with an undefeated road record at 5-0.
Bad: Toughest schedule remaining in football, more away games than home.
Pro Bowlers:
Good: We have a good number of players that should be up for consideration.
Whitworth, Goff, Gurley, Austin, Pharoh Cooper, Aaron Donald, Joyner, Tru
Bad: None of the WRs are on pace for 1,000 yards, that can certainly change. Hekker might not get it even though he is one of the best punters ever, because he is not getting enough work. Also playing in the pro bowl, lets play in the Super Bowl instead.
Awards:
Good: Gurley will probably be MVP nominee, McVay will probably be coach of the year nominee.
Bad: No bad
Outlook:
Good: Three more wins to attain a winning season, possible playoff birth. Rams haven't had a playoff birth in thirteen seasons and have had only had 4 winning seasons since 1989. If we want to make the playoffs, we have to earn it.
Bad: The slithery worm Wilson led Seahawks own the tie breaker.
