The defense dominated. The offense finally woke up at the end when it counted the most. What a catch by Doctson. Carroll is the worst coach ever. Cant say enough about our defense. What a win. Huge Win. Im excited. YES!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't say the defense dominated. They held Seattle to FGs which they missed and had two interceptions. They played well and MCClain had a huge sack.

I notice you point out Doctson by name but no mention of KC. I am shocked.

Whew! Big win! I just got done watching the game on my DVR a few minutes, ago. My blood pressure is now, sky-high. Yes! The defense played their ass off. Zack "The Maniac" Brown was all over the field, again. Many good stops, passes defensed, two good picks. It shoulda been more. Russell Wilson still made some whodini-like plays, but it wasn't enough. I swear, when Josh Norman whiffed and missed Doug Baldwin and he was left wide-open for the go-ahead TD, I slapped my empty drink can off my table. I surely thought it was over. We get the ball back and Brian Quick made the big catch. I was still not convinced. Then, Josh Doctson lays out and makes the catch of the game and gets touched at the 1. Fat Rob makes the GW TD. I refuse to give up on Doctson. He hasn't done a ton for us, but he's showed some pop-of-your-screen, kinda flashes. He's gonna be really good. We all gotta remember, he's technically a rookie. He's gonna be something special.

There are two things you will never hear Dean say: (1) I was wrong and (2) Kirk Cousins led the team to a win. He, deep down, has to be heart broken as the prospect of drafting one of those 6 can't miss QBs coming out next year is dwindling quickly.

The time has come that Doctson needs more opportunity. They need to make him an integral part of the game plan. He has the physical tools to be special. Its time to give him the opportunity to prove he is a gifted WR.

I would hope you wouldn't give up on Doctson. KC hasn't learned to play with a guy that can go get it. You have to give Doctson more opportunities by being on the field, and more opportunities as in targets.

lol. Kc had a big drive. No doubt. The defense was the story today and Doctson sick catch.

Just so we are clear on the defense, I will start by saying they played well enough to win. They easily could have lost.

Wilson threw for 300 yards.
Seattle ran for 150.
Seattle missed three FGs. 44, 39, and 49 yards. One of those tie...two win.

Seattle also killed themselves with penalties.

Nice win and a gritty ass performance from Kirk. He's gotta be more beat up now now than probably ever in his professional career, but is he a tough ass mothafucker or what! And he came through when it was most needed with two beautiful passes to Quick and Doctson, who finally stepped in crunch time himself with a great catch...and thank goodness he didn't score. I was scared Rob scored too soon. WTF defense? You guys are like a bad fuckin horror movie and its not all about the injuries. You guys need to take your head out of your asses, especially close to halftime and the end of the game. How the fuck do you allow Doug Baldwin to get 5 yards behind the entire defense when Seattle is already at our fuckin 30 yards ln? Thankfully Seattle's FG kicker made plays for us when he had to and so did Kirk mothafuckin Cousins baby. That pass to Quick was money and Doctson finally came up money in a do or die situation.

Be nice if this win was a signal that change was about to take place, but Seattle contributed too much to this win and we got a couple 1st -place teams up next on the schedule.

How can Carroll be the worst coach ever? I've seen him on the Reedskins sideline just before halftime or the end of the game.

Can Quick get some love? I think he needs some PT.
Absolutely. He can take Pryor's snaps. He doesn't seem to be using them.

Carrolls two point tries were worst coaching calls ever. YOu never take a point of the board early in the game. The last TD if they kick the point they can win with a FG. Redskins had to score a TD. He is an overrated moron. Don't even hate on this defense. Spectacular performance yesterday. Yes KC threw a great pass to Quick but it was an over throw to Doctson. Doctson made that play all by himself. Full extension drive and great catch going to the ground.

And there we have it. Dean can't give any credit at all to KC. It was an over throw. Perfect. So I guess you won't be giving him credit for leading another game winning drive. Again. It has to be painful for you to see your dreams going up in smoke, huh?

Yep - real good one - very gritty. Let's give credit to two players who have taken their fair share of abuse lately - Doctson & Compton. Both were a key part of the win.

Please. The fact that Cousins is still standing after playing that D with that line in that stadium is amazing. Actually being able to lead several drives & win the game is a miracle. I give credit to the OL backups for doing the best that they can, but most are backups for a reason.

Cmon - Dean - let's hear ot. You have always stated that Cousins can't win the big game or come through in the clutch. This game IMO proves that he is making strides in this area. I see no choice for this team now but to retain Cousins next season (& don't say that it is strictly Cousins choice - the team needs to make a legit offer). IMO a rookie QB in the same situation today would have been a complete disaster. HTTR

lol. I gave him credit. here you go again. Consiisparcy theory. How do you call that throw to Docston a perfect throw? It was all Doctoson on that play. Admit the obvious please. Kc's best throws of th game were the one he got smashed on to Grant and the Quick throw on the final drive.

KC had several drives b/c of the dfense. I didn't like the play calling at all. If you have a bad o line why not do quick passes or slants to our big Wr's. Gruden actually expected this oline to protect KC over 5 seconds. Gruden was awful this game. This was a big drive. But to say it was a great throw to Doctson on the last play is just being a homer. It was all Doctson on that play. Very strong possibility that KC get his long term deal no doubt about it. YOu say a legit offer. What is a legit offer? Does that offer blow away the Stafford contract?

Where did I say “perfect” throw? But it was a good throw with the heat on and knowing you only had a few seconds. He put it where only Doctson could get it. You just are butt hurt that your dreams of drafting that Uber stud (insert any name here other than Cousins) is going up in smoke.

Not sure about "blowing away" Stafford offer but yes it will need to be better than the Stafford offer (if nothing else than for simple fact that it is 1 yr later). Again - the only thing that really will matter are the guaranteed numbers. We don't need Allen to pull his media BS & brag about some phony overall contract #s that will never be realized over time.

I can't believe that you still rag on members of this offense after that game & still have this idea that everyone should be perfect. Please tell me which other QBs would thrive missing 6/10 starters on their offense & pretty much the entire line. I call BS if that list contains more than 2 or 3 QBs. Please try to base your opinions in reality - not much to ask. BTW - who said that the throw to Doctson was a great one? I am just saying that Cousins showed the ability to come through in the clutch which he did (with some help).

good throw? Doctosn had to dive at full extension and make arguably the catch of the year going to the ground. Kc actually had time that play
