I need Penn St to win. I don't want Wisconsin to play a ranked team all regular season.

What? There is nothing more valuable in the NFL than a good QB. There are teams that have gone decades without competence at that position, so you're flat wrong. The NFL does not take players that are or could be competent at the QB position in the NFL and move them to other positions. That just doesn't happen and you're kidding yourself if you think it does.

Terrell Pryor, Braxton Miller, Denard Robinson, Antwaan Randle El, Julian Edelman, Michael Robinson. . . But, I guess I'm just kidding myself.

None of them were very good quarterbacks but all were very good runners.

True. But, they are also good examples of college football quarterbacks being drafted for other positions in the NFL.

Because they didn't develop well as quarterbacks.

I thought we settled that question yesterday. I was responding to this post from Moab: "What? There is nothing more valuable in the NFL than a good QB. He's not wrong. Those guys are not competent QBs at the NFL level. Pryor was the best QB of all them in college and he looked lost at QB in the NFL.

Exactly, they were not competent at the QB position so they switched them to another position. They tried them at QB, the players couldn't do it, so they switched them.

Cam Newton and RG3 were both competent passer and stayed at QB when they went to the pros. The QB's you listed were mediocre at best at the college level but were all amazing athletes which is why they were moved to different positions. How many passes has Denard attempted in the NFL?
