That was pretty bad. Hope his hammy got injured bad enough to require a short trip to the dl
BTW Gary is on fire. It is amazing what lunch with A-Rod and Jlo can do for a player. Judge should do the same

People crapped on Porcello a lot this year, and it's understandable because of the regression from last year, but he's put together a valuable season. 9th in IP/GS with an ERA+ of 99. He's gone 6+ innings in 23 of his 25 starts, which leads the majors. his xFIP is 12th in the AL, his K% is 15th, and he leads the league in BB%since july 3rd...rick porcello:
8 starts
4-4
3.69 ERA
53 IP
48 hits (progress!)
46 k's
11 HR allowed
opponents hitting .239

Fluff
I was at the game last night and can now check off "triple play" as something rare I've seen live.
Gabe Kapler hitting two HRs in a game
Rusney Castillo hitting a HR
No-hitter (Lester)
Postseason walk-off hit (Game 2, 2013 ALCS)
Triple Play
And yes, that's in order from most to least rare
think that statement over
Funny enough, I was at his first game back.Yeah but have you ever seen someone almost lose an eye?
