Many schools have been in this position too and including yours. ND, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Tennessee,etc. You hire and fire too quickly then said good coaches get gun shy in even considering your school. I'll be the first to admit next year may be make or break for Kiffen, BUT till after then, he's the man.
