Celtics play the Ws at home on Thursday. That will be interesting.

Meh, they'll eventually lose but they're playing good even without Irving and Hayward. I watched their game with Toronto yesterday and they're a resilient bunch.

Would be nice to see the Celtics in the finals. Maybe give lebron a good reason to come to the Lakers.

Funny thing is, they would get absolutely destroyed by any team that comes out of the West.

The consensus was that the Celtics had more talent this year, but that there was no guarantee they would outperform the overachievers they had last year.

The Celtics Absolutely will lose some games this season. It's way to early to be predicting record breaking wins, but they will loose. Other teams have went 12-2 to start with also. Lakers back in 200`-1001 started something like 14-0, it's no big deal

So the Dubs are coming to town tonight.

Honestly, I was more worried about the Nets game a couple of nights ago. That was a classic trap game on the road... there was a slight fear that the C's would overlook their opponent. I should have known that this Boston squad is perhaps the most mentally tough team not just in the history of the NBA, but in all of sports.

That's what Golden State is going to find out tonight. If they even bother to show up. Like I said earlier... I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Warriors find some kind of excuse to avoid this show down. They are a collection of stars taking the easy way out... they want no part of being embarassed... at least if they don't show up, there's still a shred of doubt.

Tonight is just a minor foot note in the greatest story ever told playing out.
