I gotta give props to Jaylen. I was a little salty on him the last week or so. But his strength speed and agility is simply off the charts. kid is a force

yeah, you'd think cause those guys were the primary reason in the past.

Brown and Smart help a lot too.

Plus...the Berlin walll.

And Al is playing like a DPOY.

He's always been a freak.

But when he came out he was below average at passing, dribbling and shooting.

He's put in the work.

Unfortunately so has Smart, but it hasn't gotten him where he needs to be offensively.

All right, all right. Its time. I tried to hate Kyrie and I tried to hate the Celtics, but I just can't do it anymore.

Props on an INCREDIBLE start to the season despite being handed a brutal blow from the basketball gods right from the opening tip.

Celtics fans said it then, but I didn't believe it until now.... it really could be a blessing in disguise with Brown and Tatum getting so much time to mature and develop on the court.

That "winning plays" thing that the STevens tracks?

It's legit.

He's also one of the best defenders on the planet, and unlike a guy like Bradley, is really good at the team defense side too. Bradley is just a great on ball guy. Smart takes it to the next level.

But man, he puts the work in. So i try not to dog him as much.

"could the 2017 celtics beat the 95/96 bulls in 7 games?"
The answer is no, but only because the 2017 Celtics would win before it got to 7 games.:lol:

Yeah, of course they'll lose again. Maybe not this season, but I think they'll lose their first preseason game next year. They might even lose a summer league game.

LOL. The correct answer is that yes they can beat the 95-96 Bulls in seven games, but as you stated, they wouldn't need that many games to dispatch of the 95-96 Bulls.

No, they could only beat them in 7 games if you were playing a best of 13, because it would be 7-0, but the NBA doesn't do that.

The important question is does Al Horford think the Earth is flat?

I'm not sure if he's a round conspiracist or not.

But i would imagine that will be a key factor in Kyrie re-signing or not.

After watching him closely last night, I think he is hands down the best perimeter defender in the league today (KAwhi is hurt so I can say that).

But seriously, he might be a little better than Kawhi even. He is so strong, so physical and has a defense first mentality. He knows that he can have tremendous impact on the game focusing his energy on that end, and any offense he provides is gravy.

I'm not sure how much stock to put in that statistic because there are so many factors involved in that stat, such as who else is on the court with him and who is on the court for the opposing team. Smart's BPM is only 0.3, which is only ninth best on the team. Horford is number one at 6.7 BPM and Kyrie is number 2 at 5.9 BPM. Smart is good, but he might not be the biggest reason for his +/- stat.

Kind of like Rodman. Worked pretty well for him winning rings.
