Last week I voted for the Browns, but at least they're out there playing competitive games. The Bears look really awful and get my vote this week.

we have the leagues worst 3rd down conversion rate and I'm pretty sure over the last 2 weeks we've given up more points and yards then any team in the NFL

I would say the Bears. They are looking terrible on both sides of the ball. Cutler might be gone for a while. Run game hasn't been great. OL has looked below average. Just nothing going right and just seems like the team has already given up after 3 weeks. At least we can see some fight in teams like the Browns and Jaguars. The games have been close and could have gone either way. Honestly the Browns should be 2-1 right now but late game stupidity continues to plague that organization.
