Aaron Rodgers, JJ Watt, & Von Miller.

Having an Elite QB in his prime who can survive with an average O-line. You can build a good offense around him without spending too much money. He still likely has 5+ years of elite production.

Having two young elite pass rushers on the team will make any defense a force. Pass rushers can mask or make look good, an average secondary. This makes it easier & cheaper to build a complete defense.

Rob Grownkowski, a beats of an offensive player who can block. Versatility is the key.
Russell Wilson, a quality QB with uncanny scrambling ability. Avoids hits and is young.
JJ Watt, best D player out there. Look what he's done on that sorry Texans team. Imagine him on a defensive power house.
