Still wondering if Kansas is in the south. Also West Virginia
Auburn played #2 Oregon in Arizona and won. (2010 season)
Alabama played #2 Texas in California and won. (2009 season)
Florida played #1 Ohio State in Arizona and won. (2006 season)
bowls dont count for scheduling.
alabama plays its first road game in week 6
You also backed out vs. Oregon.
Like I've said most SEC schools don't schedule home and home games, maybe a few neutral site games against big time teams and even when they do it's once or twice in a ten year period. However this method helps keep them at the top of the polls and in the BCS hunt for the better part of the last ten years. Also why would a bottom tier SEC school that will finish under .500 in the SEC play power 5 non-conference games when they could lose and not get into a bowl game which costs them $$$$$.
Name the SEC teams that don't schedule home and homes
Alabama. Well I guess they schedule them, they just pussy out of them.
Please do your homework before coming on here spewing bullshit to try and prove your narrative. Vandy play H&H with Wake Forest for many years, and went to Michigan. For years, they played series with Indiana. Vandy did H&H with UConn, Rice, Northwestern, and UMass recently. Let that sink into your thick skull ... away in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, and Texas. They have GaTech and Houston scheduled in the future. Do your research or STFU.Like I've said most SEC schools don't schedule home and home games, maybe a few neutral site games against big time teams and even when they do it's once or twice in a ten year period. If a team desires the honor of losing to Bama, it must travel to Tuscaloosa for the privilege.alabama plays its first road game in week 6
Wasn't there a Pac-12 team a few years ago that started the year at #1...then managed to stay ranked loss after loss...finally dropping out of the top 25 after their 4th or 5th loss...hmmm does anybody recall what team that was? How quickly we forget 2012.
I can accept an argument about poll bias from just about any fanbase...except USC. You whiny bitches have had a free ride since they invented the damn polls. Don't get me wrong USC has had some great teams, but they get the advantage of being USC in the PAC-12...
And here's a news flash for you...you and every other PAC-12 team can play whomever they would like in November. Any scheduling issue you have is self-imposed.
Bama has been scheduling Sister Mary's College of the Poor teams just before the Iron Bowl for some time now. Those serve as warm-up scrimmages and allow the Tide to be relatively healthy for that game.scheduling real teams at the end of the season is not an issue. Teams like Bama and a boat load of SEC teams scheduling trucking schools as their second to last game of the regular season is just pussy scheduling.
