WDIS? Week 2

I know there is a section that nobody ever goes to for this, but I figured if we keep it all in one thread, it may work out for everyone. Please post your league scoring, starting requirements, and the player's matchups to help us help you.


PPR with bonus points for TDs over 40 yards, 1/50 return yards
Need 2 RBs, 1 WR, and 1 Flex


Alex Collins @ Cincy - Scored a TD, but fumbled and didn't play much after that. Team didn't need him, though, since they won by over 40.

Adrian Peterson vs Indy - Played well. I should probably trade him while he is hot. But for now, he faces a bad Indy defense and Washington's Oline is looking good.

James Conner/LeVeon Bell vs KC - Conner got almost 40 touches last week, so whichever back starts should get the nod on my team, I guess.

Michael Crabtree @ Cincy - Not much of a stat line, but he scored. Again, Baltimore won by over 40, so he wasn't needed all that much.

Corey Davis vs Houston - Got 13 targets in a weird game with the delays and such. Plus, Mariota went out and may not play, so not sure how much this affects his game.

I also have Jamison Crowder and Marshawn Lynch, but I don't think they would make anyone's list.

i am not a a adrian peterson person but playing vs the colts is always a huge PLUS... Not to mention he actually caught a ball.... who besides me was surprised to see that??



so i would take him and Conner as my 2 rb

my WR would be corey davis... but i will admit i am a Corey davis truther

My flex would be collins... if deciding between a RB and WR on the same team, i gotta pick the RB, unless the WR is the bees knees...

Understand it could be "scary" if they're both playing on Bell's first week. I don't see an alternative though.

But I am a homer. I heard Devonte Adams is banged up, so keep your eye on that situation. I think Geronimo jumps up if he misses any games... unless Rodgers also misses games.

I know it's harsh to bench Kelce after one week but I'm tempted to considering Stills and Breida have great matchups and Landry saw 40% of the teams targets and put up 100+ in rainy weather. You know the Browns are going to be playing catchup all day in the dome.
I guess the argument becomes between Breida, a platoon back - or Kelce, a starting TE on a prolific offense...

I'd bench Kelce as well in a format that doesn't require a TE position

even though this is standard, I think Landry and Stills are better options than Kelce - but I'm not sold on Mahomes having those short-intermediate throws developed just yet, he's still inexperienced and rightfully favors slinging it deep with that cannon arm.

give me Breida in the flex - lions D isn't nearly as good as vikes D, 49ers should have a much easier day on offense this week, and Alf might've fumbled away his projected early down dominance of their rushing attack

I won't jump to conclusions about a stud player based off the opening game. I'd keep Breida on the bench among that group.

i'll go contrarian here - give me alex smith at home against a weak colts defense over Wilson on the road in the windy city
