Teller is tackle all the way. If he develops as he should, we are set for the future at tackle with JM and Teller. Depth is always a concern but I think those two will be starters for multiple seasons

Last I saw Teller he had added 30 pounds and was up to 280. That was at the Pitt game. He had room for another 40 without being too thick too. HUGE frame and super nice and quiet kid.

I will be watching Teller's development very closely over the rest of his career at VT. That is going to be a major judging point for me for how well the new OL coach is developing his players. Teller got very little practice time in his redshirt year so his experience with Grimes was extremely limited I am assuming. Teller had horrible technique from on OL perspective, but has the attitude, smarts, body type, etc. to be an extremely dominant RT (or Guard if his added weight has limited his agility in space). So how he develops and transitions into an OLineman is going to tell me a whole lot about how things are going behind the scenes and how the ascent from the shit hole Newsome left VT in is going.
That's just something you guys may want to keep an eye on through the spring and fall practices and over the coming seasons. I am still not 100% sold on Searles myself, but we will see my friends.

We don't want nice on our OL.Seriously though, have heard he has a high motor and a meanstreak. That's what we want out of an OL. Seems to me that we have a couple candyasses right now...
As far as Osterloh goes, how does he move?? I know you want as BIG as an OL as nature will allow. But he and Conte almost seem TOO big .. that is unless they are very athletic.

I think it was Sergio Render that was the chillest guy on the team. He would go and hunt and fish in his time off and was a big teddy bear but on the field he was a force

meh ... I'd call it 50/50 with Nnadi.
Other than that, I. Ford seems to be the only big target left on offense. They want Anthony Scott as well.
On Defense, Minor (but him qualifying seems to be the issue)
Not sure about Bronson. I think he comes up for an official this weekend.
