we definitely need to add another DE in this class. only mihota coming in and losing collins, gayle, and maybe marshall. that'd leave us with very very little depth/experience at DE. ekanem, roth, and dadi, and dooley. that worries me

I just took a look at our last few recruiting classes. Looking at the offensive side, it's pretty obvious why we're in the situation we are in. With that said, I think this years class is definitely a step in the right direction. I like what I see.

In other news, Jamil Kamara tweeted 3 hours ago that he knows where he is going. Hasn't he said throughout his recruitment that he wants to go to a school with a good QB/offense? Must be Wisconsin.

i thought the LT comments a few days ago about playing for a winner in front of a lot of people were spot on. If I had the choice, I would feel the same. UVA and Pitt fans couldn't give a shit about football, which shows on Saturday. Wisconsin on the other hand -- those people love some football.

The Pitt student section is always riotous. The problem is the alumni and general admission sections are lame. I went to about 15 games when I was up there and it was always like that. They will fill it for ND or a big time opponent but mostly it is jus the student section who consistently show up. The off campus stadium three miles away doesn't help.

I think USC has an outside shot at Kamara as well.

Tons of offensive studs coming in the class. I am most excited about Marshawn Williams, the first touted "true" every down RB we have recruited in several years. Throw in the Qbs (Ford/Mcmillian), Wrs (Bradshaw, Harrison, Philips) and the slew of OL (hey, at least a couple of them have to work out right??)... I think the offense should see some major improvement over the next 2 or 3 years.

I think I read Torrian Gray is making his rounds in Florida this week. VT needs to send the calvary and secure Harrision. Although, I've never felt comfortable with the fact that Harrison didn't make to Blacksburg this fall.

Galax RB Steven Peoples is coming to VT. Rushed for about 2,500 yards this year. Broke VHSL single game record with over 500 yards against Graham. I think he is coming as a fullback.
