Virginia Tech 2014 Recruiting Target List

Something to watch for this week. LB Brandon Lee is announcing on Friday. I'd say we have a decent shot, but really have no clue. Seems like no one really has the scoop on this kid.

Brandon Lee picked up another prediction for Louisville yesterday. I bet it comes down to Louisville or Missouri.

He has picked up 2 predictions for Mizzou and 1 for VT today. I honestly think no one knows on this one.

Feeling cautiously good on this one. He wants to enroll early as well so if he picks the Hokies it won't affect the 25 number.

If you go by those crystal ball predictions, Louisville doesn't have much of a shot. I like that both JC and Evan are predicting VT, but everybody else (minus a few old Louisville predictions from months ago) is predicting Mizzou.

Could really set the tone for a good weekend by having him commit on Friday. This team doesn't have much on the shelf for LBs after this year.

Lee seems to be cool with a lot of the current VT commits and he did love his visit to VT. Nnadi got some more VT predictions today as well we need to close on these guy's if VT want's to take that next step. Anyone know what's going on with Isaiah Ford and VT? I heard he doesn't like the greyshirt offer from VT and that's why he hasn't flipped from Ville to VT anyone know what's going on.

Ford is def not a grayshirt and the other Ford as well as BRM and Tyrell Smith are on him.

Do you think the current offense (all veer, all the time) turns away potential highly-rated RB recruits? Certainly it is not built for a downhill power runner like M. Williams coming in, but I don't think (pray) VT will no longer run it next year.

I think the current O is not made for a QB like Logan and that hurts the running game. I also am much better at talking D than O however.

Not sure on Ford.

Williams and Reid are two 4* backs coming in this class and I think we get two more 4* guys next class, fwiw.

Dadi Nicolas clone. If I had to guess he would have his hand in the dirt more. However these guys are going to come in and be evaluated by people a lot smarter than me. Ha ha.

Don't sweat that article. Hilton isn't VT's biggest fan and "getting ready to go on a national championship run" shouldn't be assumed to be about this year.

That would be awesome. Seems to be down to us and Mizzou. I do like the fact that his parents came on the visit to VT, but didn't go to Mizzou.

Also, we picked up 3 crystal ball predictions for Melvin Keihn, who has shown an awful lot of interest in Lee's decision. He's mentioned it several times in the past couple days on twitter.
