It may not be until a week or so after signing day. I am just kind of feeling sooner before later. It is nothing new but with the coaches going to SC, I just think Park is going to be a Hokie soon. I have no inside info, just kind of a hunch on it. Nothing new, really.

Without looking, I would guess Florida replaced UNC in his top five, following his UNC recruiter.

Would that shut down our QB recruiting, or do you think we'd take 2?

I don't think we'd take any ol' 2 .. If Park committed, I'd guess that we'd still take a Cornwell just because ... it's hard to turn down a top 5 pro-QB in his class (and #1 recruit in Oklahoma). At the same time, we would probably stop recruiting the other QBs (like Zack Darlington).

It may have something to do with mutual interest at that point too ... i.e. -- they're not going to go out of their way unless they feel there's a reasonable shot at the kid.

We want kids who want to be at VT and Park seems like one of them. Cornwell seems very interested in Michigan.

Good for him. Don't think he was getting much love from UVa or VT. Nice to see an in state kid have an opportunity. He will probably be the next Russell Wilson the way luck has it.
