Ol Phil Johnson said the other night that he doesn't see Burks as a viable PG in the league.

Jazz win this and Corbin will finally be at 500, I think.

Tinsely was playing so well for a good stretch. I'm wondering what is going on, if he is in the doghouse with Raja now.

Wish I could have seen a few more nice plays from Ilyasova, as I like him.

Jan 28 Williams will have the pin in his injured thumb removed during the All-Star break and be re-evaluated afterward, the Deseret News reports.

Recommendation: As a result of the thumb injury, Williams has been unable to take part in basketball activities but has continued to do cardio work. Once he gets the pin removed, it may require additional time for him to get accustomed to the surgically-repaired thumb, meaning he might not be return until March at the earliest.

Ol Phil Johnson said the other night that he doesn't see Burks as a viable PG in the league.

As I mentioned before, he just looks like some random guard in the league who is out of it in 5-6 years. I don't see one thing he does that another team would want.

Someone like Foye, is a lot more identifiable.

I'm not going to say he makes a big difference, but I think he gives the Jazz the best chance, as he has better decision-making and a little better defense.

One thing I don't like about Williams, never have, is his defense. He's too small to contest shots, and gives up too much space.

Well, I'd say the acquisition was not great then. Played so so, injured for a huge chunk of the year. Might be back in April. Free agent.

To think the Jazz are in the hunt in spite of our PG is really actually amazing.

The teams competing for the last few playoffs spots are all severely flawed.

Yeah, the Jazz defense was pretty good, it was also against a poor offensive team.

Everyone is lauding him, even tonight. 3 assists, 4 TOs, I think 9 points. So, so to me. He is funny in the post game, just because he obviously hates to be interviewed. Worse than Stockton as presentation goes.

Portland and Houston lost tonight, so that helps make this win a little bigger.

You able to watch this game tonight M?

He usually watches, just can't post at the same time.

My wife and daughter left tonight to go out of the country. I won't physically see them for 39 days. It's going to be terrible. I was spending the time over there and just got home and watched some of the game (will get to the rest later, I already know the outcome).

It's the longest I will have been away from my wife since the day we met and obviously the longest since my daughter was born. I was really sad to see them go, but am happy a bit that I have some good news.

Nuraman, don't say anything on Facebook because I have only told my parents and my wife's parents don't even know yet, but my wife and I are expecting our second child. My daughter is now 21 months. We've been trying for awhile for the second, but when the mother is still breastfeeding (not to get too graphic) it's harder to conceive. Would have come helpful for some who don't want kids, only fool around with breastfeeding mom. Not fool-proof, though. Thankfully.

Ah, there's my TMI for the day. I can check that off my list now.

Who is everyone?

It would take too long to tell you everyone's names. There are, after all, over 7 billion people on this planet. Not to mention pets and fictitious characters in books and movies and TV.

Or were you playing jeopardy?

The second team is actually quite a bit more entertaining to watch on a consistent basis...especially when Hayward plays.

I'm really hoping that Hayward and Watson get better soon. Hayward was having that streak (though cooled down a little).

Would you rather have a barely subpar (16-18th in the league of 30) starting lineup plus the best bench in the league or a middle of the pack bench (15th) and a good starting lineup (12-14th)? It sounds like a dumb question, but how you outmatch someone else's bench for those middle minutes may be as important as the starting lineup (assuming yours is ok). Obviously, if you're choosing who to be dominant, I'd rather have the starters, I was tying to find a balance of the two to make it a harder question.
