They do, he is saying it won’t cost CLA anything to go with Nike now.
I'd still sue them for breach of contract. Unless there are some embarrassing sells numbers they don't want published there is too much money to walk away from.

Very true. I’m sure they’ll come to an amicable split but CLA will get something.

Under Armor wasn't getting paid so they did what everyone does with a non paying contract , ( UCLA wasn't paying UA to force them to back out)
