With Jonathan Allen available, Redskins rejected 49ers trade proposal
If the Skins did this I would of went nuts. Moving down 17 spots to #34 and picking up an extra 3rd and 4th round pick. No thanks. Even if Allen wasn't there, Howard is worth a 3th and 4th. Plus I like having 1st round picks b/c you get the 5th year option. Yes we could of traded back into the first but that wasn't a given.
Frigin 49ers. Who were they targeting? How could it be Allen when they just selected Thomas and have the two 1st round picks from Oregon. If it was for Foster they lucked out b/c he fell all the way down to the end of the first.
