Feeling fortunate to still be 1 1/2 up in the WC and 3 back in the West. Time to start playing better ball against the AL West and the team's mental funk with RISP to disappear.

The last time I posted a thread in Seattle at the beginning of the season Scheppers cost us a series win. We just have to put the petal to the metal and finish this road trip off by winning 3 of 4.

Yeah, I read that article this morning. I can see giving Colby a break by missing a start. He has pitched a lot of innings but not sure if that is the problem or not. Might just be a rough patch.

He's thrown about 16 more innings than our #2 innings-eater in Gallardo. Doesn't sound like a whole lot, just as a number. But those 16 innings represents 3 starts from Gallardo, since he's avg about 5.2 each outing.

Puts it a little more in perspective perhaps.
