Only the 1966 Dallas Cowboys (Tom Landry, Pro Bowl QB, Pro Bowl RB, Pro Bowl WR, etc), with 183 points, scored more than the Broncos’ 179 in their first four games.

against the Eagles, the Denver Broncos scored more points than they ever had in their 54-year history

Denver looks pretty filthy, but at least a good portion of their point total goes to the fact that they have played only subpar teams, and three of them at home

I guess the fact that in almost all of those games the offense just shut down for the last quarter means nothing. Yes they haven't played the cream of the crop yet (although Baltimore's defense actually has looked good in every game since the Bronco game) but they are doing what you do to inferior teams and blowing them out and actually could be blowing them out even more if they wanted. I mean they had 42 points in 3 quarters yesterday and could have put up a ton more if they wanted. They hit the breaks and just ran it for the 4th quarter.

And honestly the fact that this hasn't been done in 50 years should show how big of an accomplishment this is as other good offenses have had similar opportunities yet haven't been able to do what they have done.

They look great so far. The class of the AFC so far.

Pretty sure most people are holding off judgement until Peyton does it in the cold in the playoffs.....

When is their first real test? Ravens are looking like an average team this year. Broncos look phenomenal and are impressive but lets see how they do against a winner.

The Patriots are horrified and it's fun to watch.

And yet they are tied with the Chiefs.

IMO the defenses around the NFL are horrid minus Houston and Seattle. KC is decent defensively and I think it will be closer than most realize when they play.

For the second year in a row, the Broncos seem to have a very easy schedule. Last year they played 3 tough games and lost them all. We will have to see what happens when the weather turns cold, but they do look very good on offense so far.

So the Bengals and Ravens (eventual Superbowl Champs) don't count as tough games especially considering they were on the road? I guess playoff teams and Superbowl Champs as the away team are easy games now?

Moot point.....the bengals lost to the Browns, the Bears lost to the Lions....it's the NFL. It isn't the SEC scheduling non-conference games games Division 1A schools.

Throw in it isn't like they just started doing this this year. They have won 15 straight regular season games all by 8 points or more.

Moot point huh? My bad I guess. I just assumed that the worse your opponents, the easier the game would be for you.

If you couldn't figure it out, that last statement was sarcasm. And by the way, Cinci and Chicago both lost on the road, and neither of those teams are nearly as amazing as Denver (and Chicago still put up 32 which goes against your argument). All I'm saying is that Denver was able to put up a 50 point average because of their competition and being able to play 3 of the 4 games at home. Denver will come back down to Earth (which will be probably "only" be 30 points a game lol)
