But it won't have the same shock value since it has already been done. I kinda hope they actually completely abandon it or change it up so dramatically that will not be recognizable.

But they are approx 5% of the true population. We now have had at least 5 "main"ish characters be gay (Tara, Olivia, Aaron, Eric, Jesus). In a world were it is sooooo important have proper societal ratios represented, that is grossly over-representative of our society.

Rick's Master Plan: "Here's my idea; we're gonna surround this bunch of women and children, many of whom have been raped and who have seen all their men be slaughtered. We're gonna bomb 'em and take a few potshots at 'em and basically terrify 'em. After that's done, we'll explain that we mean them no harm and suggest a team-up."

"Then, maybe we can bond over killing a zombie horde that will come runnin' 'cuz of all the noise we made."

And I also have to mention Michonne's obligatory "Rick!" That makes at least 3, maybe 4 in the last few episodes. Not positive, but I think it was her only line in this one.

Other than that whole segment, I thought the rest of the ep was pretty good. I wonder if Maggie meant to shame whatshisname on purpose when she told the hikers that he "never killed one before, but he's trying". That little smile afterwards makes me think yes.

I thought it was weird and surprised not one person was shot.... Really?

I am also surprised that Neegan really, really wants to use people like Sasha rather than put her head on a stake as if he can "rehabilitate" her. Not everyone from Ricks group is a Eugene.

Neegan is an idiot, as proven by his constantly putting himself into situations where he should have been off'ed, only to be saved by the fact that all of these other folks are either complete wussies or bigger idiots than him.

My big issue with Rick and the group and the way that they took the guns from ladies was not the "kinder, gentler" herding method so much in itself, but the waste of the explosives. Shouldn't those explosives have been saved for the war with the Saviors?

It would have been easy enough to just take a whole bunch of them hostage without the explosives and blackmail for the guns that way. Plus, you wouldn't have drawn in a bunch of walkers. I guess the good side for the lady group is that there should now really be hardly any Walkers left around their little penninsula/island area.

I mean instead we need to come up with some dastardly plan to incorporate Sasha into the defense plan instead of re-proving the point he initially made with all of these people by crushing a few more skulls until the plot is squelched?

This is why I became uninterested and stopped watching. This guy is one of the dumbest villains ever.

Compared to SONS of Anarchy, this show is awful.

That is the Negan character though. He lets his arrogance get in the way of his 'goals' most of the time.
