thanks buddy. its happening. im prepared for it. people around here act like brady will play here til hes 58, and forget that belichick knows when EVERYONES time is up here. tom may be handled a bit differently than the others before him, but he will be shown the door too. he just may have more of a say as to when. the next guy is here waiting, and he wont hold a clip board until hes 30.

And your theory makes sense because they have to decide on the finances and how much to invest in Jimmy, and they arent giving him $100 million or so to hold a clipboard for 4 more years

Im not as convinced as you cause he's still playing elite, and unless Giselle tells him to stay home (possible), I think he is serious about playing till 44-45...But the pieces do add up to what your theorizing

Aside from all the general assholery that always takes place in any Brady related thread at this point there is no reason to assume he won't be the starter in 2018. The Pats will tag Jimmy G next year or try to work out an amicable extension. If Brady is not the Pats starter it's because he was traded for a boat load of picks.
