Oklahoma State has certainly looked more impressive, against a slightly more difficult schedule. I have Oklahoma State 4 and Penn State 5, so not much difference, but I think that's the correct order.

Penn State deserves to be ahead of Oklahoma State because unlike them, PSU has an elite offense AND defense. They're 11th in points for and 2nd in points against, while Okie State is 3rd in points for but 34th in points against.

Oklahoma State's defense is elite. They are currently 5th in defensive efficiency. Using points against is dumb because Oklahoma State has given up 2 garbage TD's. Also Oklahoma State has played a better schedule, thus simply going by points against, isn't a true depiction.
