The Sporting News top 10 is OU, Oregon, Florida State, Alabama, Auburn, Stanford, Baylor, UCLA, Ohio State and South Carolina.

Working on the next batch. Obviously, Nebraska is 17 if you read the upper right corner.

That means Texas is 11-16 maybe.

Either they give OU the #1 spot or they had to admit Stoops completely out- coached Saban. I dont think the media could handle the thought of the later.

True, he needs to show that he can perform consistently at a high level like that. But I'd say indications are good.

OU has been preseason #1 more than any other school but honestly I wish they would just wait till the 4th week or so to rank teams.
