These suspensions have been overturned for a variety of reasons. You hire good lawyers to find the best chance for your particular case. Kessel has had a lot of success against the NFL. Yes if it doesn't go to court I think it's because Kessel doesn't think he has a good case.

I actually think this appeal will only solidify Brady's case. It's may be ugly but I think Goodell is going to lose again.

There have any number of lawyers that have gone back and forth on this, so ok. Today these guys think Brady's chances are poor.
