There is no way to say for sure whether they would or wouldn't have, but I don't think they would have won a super bowl with Wentz if I had to guess. He is obviously a much better player than Foles, but it just happened to be that Foles played incredibly well when he needed to on those particular days. Sports can be crazy. Sometimes the worst of luck ends up being the best luck.
