This is the first season I can recall in a looong time going into with low expectations. I just don't know what we got until we see it on the field. All the hype about what the new coaches are bringing, new attitudes on the DL etc., yet again another newfound commitment to running the ball.

This is a team that could just as easily stomp Temple into the ground as lose to them. In one sense I'm excited, in another, I am worried its just a polished Kelly turd.

As fan though, I can't help but watch. Until the disgust sets in.

I'm probably more optimistic than I should be, especially with the beastly schedule we have. I just think Long and Elko are studs, and should have a fairly immediate impact. Plus, I like Wimbush more than I ever liked Kizer.

I like that they are energetic recruiters. That will pay off in long run.

So Psyched. Gonna be missing one shortly( week 4 vs michagan state) because i have a buddy's wedding up in Mount Washington.

I think our Run D will still be bad but I think we get more pressure on the QB this year. Offense should be lights out this year. ESB is a 1st rd WR.

The only reason I'm really hopeful is that most of the 8 losses last year were close games with many that should have been wins unlike other losing seasons where they got blown out by large margins a lot.
