OK....I believe ya......I honestly didn't remember.

This is an absurd thing to say, but I use it strictly for "illustration" purposes.............David Clyde might have been in the HOF if the Yankees had drafted him instead of the Texas Rangers.

Same can be said a lot, about a lot of players.....Some were major league ready at 20, but most needed some time/coaching/intangibles, etc. So who drafted them and when are pretty big "what ifs" IMO.

Definitely makes sense in theory. Teams develop players different,y and some better then others for different position and these new hitting styles. Yeah Clyde was used and IMO abused. Bregman I think we could not have ruined.

Astros are in trouble.

Their offense is failing them. Verlander is doing well enough to win, but the bats aren’t doing much in either game.

I don’t want the Astros to win the whole thing, but I don’t want them to get swept either.

Would like to see them win one game. Their only other World Series appearance the Astros got swept by the White Sox.

Oh and I need the Astros to win a game because I’m a cowboy fan and if they get swept I might have to listen to joe buck on Sunday. He seems to hate the cowboys and I don’t like him doing our games.
