Because they have been terrible this season? Their point differential is -22 and have an awful HC. Defense isn't very good against the pass. Offense is horribly designed and looks like it's straight out of 1987 instead of 2017. There's a LOT wrong with the Titans. Mariota just has not been very good this year after a solid year last year.
