Nice stat post Hammer. I hope it's a better game than the lousy ones I'm stuck with (Denver/Philly and Titans/Jets).

Either way I gotta root for the *DEEP BREATH* PATRIOOTTTS *GASSSPP, breathing heavily*.

Not only do I want the Falcons out of any wild card chances but I predicted their implosion this year and that they'd fall off the face of the NFC. I'd like to be right on that.

I still hope an alien abducts Tom Brady in the 4th and submits him to anal torture though. BB can be abducted as well. Props to extra-terrestrial life forms if they abduct both and anally torture Brady with Bill's head.

Atlanta is a 2.5 pt favorite. Not often you see a 1-2 team favored over a 3-0 team.

But one can see why if you look at Hammer's stats.

Patriots are frauds. They are on the decline and thank God. Let's get some new teams in the postseason. Seattle, KC, Tennessee, Falcons, 49ers, Bengals, Lions, etc. Tired of seeing Patriots, Packers, Steelers, Ravens in it 24/7. Fortunately most of them are terrible this season. Pats have just beat up on crappy teams and overall looked like crap. I'll put some vcash on the Falcons tonight.

Get used to it. Cause for the long term, it will be patriots, packers, steelers, ravens, broncos, niners, etc. Teams that have actually won something. Seattle will have a couple of good yrs like most teams have had and then fade back to the bottom. Enjoy it while it lasts.

It's always advantage team x when a team gets inside the red zone and you hold them to 3. You can let teams score field goals all day, but touchdowns are what pull teams away from opponents.

Case in point Seattle/Houston today. Houston had a couple great opportunities to score TDs (drive towards the end negated by some sacks and I believe a drop) and the squandered drive when Seattle gave them the ball on the 20. If Houston puts one of those in the end zone, they win today's game.
