Junior corner saying the work outs weren't what the media is making them out to be.
so because the other 70+ players who did the work outs with no problem because they were in better shape and hydrated and more prepared for something they knew was coming to some degree are saying the workouts weren't as bad is them simply saving face for their coaches. OK.What do you expect these kids to say? They're gonna throw their new boss under the bus when they have the ability to yank their scholarship from them?
I got no dog in this fight, but you can't simply say the kids did this to themselves. Kids trying to impress a whole new staff? "You can stop whenever you want" probably followed immediately by "candy ass, pussy". Yeah, that will work.
Yep. The high protein cool down goo that they spit at you at the end of the workout. So that's where all that extra protein in their bloodstream came from.

So how many hospitalized players is too many? Obviously 3 is acceptable. 5? 10?
Just so we know.
are you asking what number of players I find acceptable that they did this to them selves for not knowing their own limits, not being prepared, letting themselves get out of shape so that when they came back and were actually being held accountable for working out they landed themselves in the hospital? So how many hospitalized players is too many? Threethe players saying they are good and can keep going means the staff wont stop them
Rhabdo isn't something that all of a sudden starts often times it goes un noticed until its already happened. and when it comes to working out its muscle fatigue isn't uncommon for rhadbo or just exercise
Didn't they also say they have made changes to their workout now? That would signify some culpability wouldn't it? I mean if they weren't involved in any way there would be nothing to modify would there?are you asking what number of players I find acceptable that they did this to them selves for not knowing their own limits, not being prepared, letting themselves get out of shape so that when they came back and were actually being held accountable for working out they landed themselves in the hospital?
Sorry im one of those be responsible for your own actions in your own life kind of people. I don't blame others for things I control.Didn't they also say they have made changes to their workout now? They fucked up man. It's that simple. Either they pushed or they allowed kids who have not been working out recently to overdo their initial sessions and it is something they should very well all know about and prevent. It's in their job description.
But no, you want to hold the kids themselves accountable for knowing what paid professional trainers and conditioning staff are supposed to know and prevent. Seems legit.
Kids? they are old enough to fight for our country right?Three
Three kids are STILL in the hospital after this workout.
Not one, not two, but THREE. Are in a hospital days later.
And this doesn't bother you in the least.
I understand that if the majority of players who are saying the workouts weren't that bad im going to believe them over reporters who didn't do the workouts. who are reporting things second hand.FFS dude, stop using players to defend the coaches. Do you seriously not understand that they have nothing to gain and everything to lose by calling out their coaches?
You're probably new to sports would be my guess as to your post. Coaches these days run test on their players to see where they are at before giving them a regimen. Those test include cardiovascular, etc ...
