I would take Dubinsky as a 4C if his contract wasn't terrifying and long.

Much as I'd love McD, he (and Johnson) are both LHD's and the Leafs have about 40 of those as it is. Guess Dermott+ could go to the Rangers and it would even out but I still think if they can get anything done on the blue line they'd prefer it to be a righty.

I dont know what the Leafs prospects are like and certainly dont know anything the Leafs other than what they look like when celebrating a goal, but from what I understand they are pretty weak on defense so thats why I thought they might look at McD

wow, what an ending to the Wings-Isles game! Wings up 5-2 late, young Bert takes a 5-minute major, Isles score 4 goals on 5-min major to take 6-5 lead, Wings pull goalie and score with 30 seconds left to tie at 6-6, on to OT, Isle score on 3 on 1 in OT to win 7-6!

one of the craziest finishes I've ever seen.

That was crazy.

Both defenses were like f'it come the third period.

Has a team ever scored 4 on one power play? :noidea:

Before yesterday of course
I know I had never seen it until watching that. I mean I can recall 3 a time or two, but never 4.

What have they done to twitter? Why can't I see the original tweet he's replying to?

WHY MUST TECH BROS WRECK EVERYTHING

Original tweeter probably knew he just may have killed a gubberson trade. The brace was one u see football players wear that basically immobilizes the arm

The video on the broadcast of Guddy in the locker room wearing a brace, the type which is usually used for AC joint injuries.

I saw people playing this down.

To this, I have a couple of stories.

Teams don’t have all the info on potential injuries you think they do. The Canucks traded for Ballard and weren’t aware he was in a bed recovering from surgery at the time of the trade.

Also, recently, an online doctor saw Carson Wentz show up to a game and based on the way Wentz was walking and because he was using a particular cane, the doctor predicted the QB had torn more than his ACL.

In fact, based on Wentz’s walk, he speculated Wentz had actually torn his ACL and LCL.

He was right, by the way, the team later confirmed.

A lot of info can be drawn from images like that one.

Maybe it’s nothing.

But you have to know a lot more than we do to make that call.

Gretzky update - He's at Staples Center tonight for the Oilers - Kings game and yes, he's drunk again.

Q. Why is Wayne slurring all his sentences?
A. Because you miss 100% of the shots you don't drink

^ Snap poll of all NHL GMs "would you rather have Brendan Gallagher or PK Subban"

30-1 in favor of PK.

But Gally does have a point. Look at all the locker room problems Nashville has had since he showed up. They are a mess. No cohesion, lots of infighting. Everyone hates being there.

PK on Montreal:

On the positive side it looks like there was something left in that cup when he put it down.

Wait, is that the positive or the negative?
