Wow, I didn't know this was a thing they were testing, but holy balls, what a terrible idea. It's far better for a player to take a hit right along the boards than it is 3 feet away from it.

Yeah, I can see the reasoning behind training kids to be more aware, but how did they not see that young kids would be distracted by it?

Serious question, what happened to Giroux? He was a top 5 guy 5 years ago and has steadily declined. Is he just not fast enough? What's his deal?
