Navy looks good, especially defensive. Not the same old Navy team

Barrett throws a stupid pass inside the 5, when they were about to score a touchdown. Freshman mistake...uggh

This offense looks totally different and playcalling osn't great. Moving the ball somewhat.

The defense continues to be a complete train wreck, while the offense is abysmal.

Certainly the Bucks are not a top five team.

I honestly think our defense is a heck of a lot better now than they were last year. Navy will carve up any defense in the country w that style of offense, including MSU defense. From here forward, the Buckeyes in my opinion are going to have an outstanding year on defense. VT doesn't even worry me. I was more worried about Navy than I am of any other opponent we face with exception to MSU.

How did Barrett look? I wasn't able to watch the game. Is it going to be a weak offense vs strong defense for both teams this coming weekend?

And yeah, I was watching something last night and someone was getting on OSU about giving up 370 yards rushing to Navy (I think it was Dr. Lou), I wanted to reach through my screen and smack the sumbitch. Of course you're giving up that many rushing yards to Navy, they'll do that to anyone!

Barrett looked a little better than I expected. He made one terrible decision in the redzone in the first half, but otherwise did a good job managing the game. He made some really good throws throughout. Reminds me of a Kenny Guiton type. Not gonna burn many people with his legs it seems, but he is a pretty good passer.

Defense did look good for the most part. Got really tired in the 3rd quarter because they were on the field the whole time, but otherwise looked decent against that triple option.
